Our Story

The Night Santaâs Workshop Came Online
Long agoâor perhaps just last Christmasâthere was a little corner of the North Pole where the elves were working on something different.
The workshop was buzzing.
Hammers tapped. Ribbons curled. Toys rolled down little wooden tables. Somewhere in the distance, a reindeer sneezed loudly enough to shake a few snowflakes from the roof.
But Santa Claus had a problem.
Christmas was getting bigger every year.
Children everywhere were making longer wish lists. Parents were searching farther and wider for the perfect gifts. Wonderful toy makers and small businesses were creating amazing things, but they were scattered all over the world.
Santa looked across his workshop and scratched his beard.
âThere must be a better way.â
An elf named Pip raised his hand.
âWhy donât we build a workshop that everyone can visit?â
Santa smiled.
âA workshop?â
âNot just a workshop,â Pip said. âA magical one.â
And thatâs how the idea began.
đ Welcome to SantaClaus.toys
Imagine a place where Christmas isnât just a holiday on the calendar.
Itâs the entire experience.
A place where children can explore, discover toys, and create their own Christmas wish lists.
A place where parents can guide those wishes, approve gifts, and turn a childâs imagination into Christmas morning memories.
A place where every toy has a story and every seller has a name.
And so SantaClaus.toys was born.
But Santa knew something important.
A magical marketplace needs magical people.
đ§ Enter Elves & Company
Behind every great Christmas gift is someone making the magic happen.
A toy designer.
A small business owner.
A maker.
A brand.
A merchant.
Someone sitting in a workshop somewhere, creating something they hope will make a child smile.
Santa decided those people shouldnât simply be called vendors.
They should be called Elves.
And together, they would become something bigger:
Elves & Company
The elves would have their own shops.
Their own products.
Their own stories.
Their own place inside Santaâs great Christmas marketplace.
And becoming an Elf wouldnât simply mean selling a toy.
It would mean becoming part of Christmas.
đ The Wish List
Soon, children began arriving at SantaClaus.toys.
They explored.
They discovered.
They imagined.
âThis one!â
âAnd this one!â
âOh! I want that!â
Their wishes began filling their Christmas lists.
But Santa understood that wishes belong to children while purchases belong to parents.
So the magic needed a little help from the grown-ups.
SantaClaus.toys was designed to bring those two worlds together.
Children could dream.
Parents could decide.
And together, they could create a Christmas morning worth remembering.
đȘ A Little Elf Magic
Then the elves discovered something else.
They wanted to reward families for being part of the Christmas community.
So they created Elf Coin.
Not just another ordinary rewards program.
Elf Coin was designed as a little piece of the magic that could travel through the marketplaceâhelping shoppers earn rewards and giving them another reason to return to SantaClaus.toys.
The elves called it their little secret.
But, of course, secrets donât stay secret very long at the North Pole.
đŠ And Then Came Reindeer Express
There was only one problem.
Once an Elf prepared a package, someone had to get it home.
Santa looked at his reindeer.
The reindeer looked at Santa.
Santa looked back at the elves.
Everyone knew what came next.
Reindeer Express.
The idea was simple:
The magic shouldnât end when someone clicks Order.
It should continue all the way to the front door.
An order could leave an Elf Shop, travel through the Reindeer Express network, and eventually arrive at a familyâs home.
Not just a package.
A Christmas delivery.
đ A New Kind of Christmas
And thatâs the dream behind SantaClaus.toys.
Itâs not simply about selling toys.
Itâs about bringing together the people who make Christmas possible.
Children with wishes.
Parents with shopping lists.
Elves with products.
Creators with ideas.
And families waiting for that special moment when the wrapping paper starts flying.
Santa knows that Christmas magic has never really been about the presents.
Itâs about anticipation.
Itâs about imagination.
Itâs about giving.
Itâs about seeing a childâs face light up.
And itâs about creating memories that last long after the Christmas tree comes down.
So the elves went back to work.
The reindeer started practicing.
Santa checked his list one more time.
And somewhere inside the workshop, a little sign was hung above the door:
đ
SANTA CLAUS.TOYS
Where Christmas Wishes Begin.
And underneath it was another sign.
đ§ ELVES & COMPANY
Become an Elf.
Because somewhere in the world, a child is making a wish.
And somewhere else, an Elf is getting ready to make it come true.
The workshop is open. Come inside.
